    Position Duties:
    •Checks scribe lines, making compound on parts before etching.

    •Secure information on rate of etch and rate of immersion, quality, and temperature of solution.

    •Process parts and assemblies through correct sequence of operation to acquire proper dimensions in accordance with schedules, specifications, etc.

    •Assist in diagnosing and correcting cause of discrepancies which occur most frequently such as etch pits, mask failures, etc.

    •Load and unload parts and assemblies from racks or holding devices.

    •Perform any other functions in area such as masking, scribing, trimming etc.

    • Performs related duties as assigned by supervision.

    Position Duties:
    • Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by taping, chemically stripping, sanding and treating the surfaces.

    • Responsible for understanding, following, and promoting company policies and procedures.

    • Shall receive training and exhibit skills and ability to verify that the shop orders are correct, i.e., quantities and part number corresponds, and all previous operations are completed and signed off.

    • Maintaining paint supplies and equipment.

    • Keeping a clean and safe work environment.

    • Working with speed and care to achieve project goals.

    • Operates any equipment needed to perform job.

    • Performs related duties as assigned by supervision.

    Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
    Department: Paint
    Start Date: Immediate

    Position Duties:

    • Measures area to be painted; determines quantity and type of paint to use for the project per a shop order.

    • Identifies appropriate paint colors and finishes, mixing if needed.

    • Prepares surfaces to be painted, which may include removing prior finishes through chemicals, grit blast, or other methods.

    • Masks, removes, covers, or otherwise protects parts and other nonpainted surfaces.

    • Applies paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, sprayers, airbrushes, stencils, and other tools.

    • May apply specialty finishes and glazes.

    • Complies with chemical and waste storage and disposal regulations and best practices.

    • Maintains a clean work area.

    • Maintains paperwork detailing material and labor time and costs.

    • Continues to expand the capabilities of the paint department to meet the needs of the company.

    • Maintain operations per current EPA, OSHA and NESHAP Regulations.

    • Perform any reasonable task that may be assigned
